Love in Deep Space, originally designed as an animated TV series in 2019, eventually became the foundation for Dana Cain's current series of novels. The Grey Area series opens with Thanks for the Memory Wipes, a science fiction romantic comedy novel about Roswell and Gloria.
Many of the original LIDS characters have been greatly expanded in the books, and the story arcs have changed to accommodate novel length fiction. A few of the names have changed, too!
